Admission process
1. The investor negotiates with the cooperation zone and submits the project plan, which passes the preliminary examination of the cooperation zone.(3 working days)
2. Guide investors to register companies in Zambia, immigration filing, tax registration, bank account opening (1 to 2 months)
3, Investors sign land or plant lease agreements, pay rent and deposit, etc. (15 working days)
4. The investor shall renovate or construct the land or factory buildings leased in the cooperation zone, and submit the "Temporary Building Application Form" to the cooperation zone (15 working days)
5. Guide investors to submit zone/investment materials to Zambian Development Agency, apply for investment registration certificate and tax exemption letter (1-2 months)
6, coordinate investors to receive electricity, water, construction and other issues;(1-2 months)
7. Guide enterprises to apply to Zambia Environmental Protection Bureau for EIA (3-6 months)
8. Guide investors to submit applications for construction and operation permits to relevant Zambian authorities;(1-2 months)
9. The project has passed the acceptance of fire protection, sanitation, environmental assessment, safety and quality standards of the Zambian government, and the project has been put into operation;(3 months)
