On September 17, 2023, Ma Jian, deputy director of the provincial SASAC, Li Yuqiang, deputy director of the provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Li Qinghong, deputy director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other six-member delegation went to Zambia Jiangxi Economic Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Zone") to carry out supervision and research, and successively visited the Zone's highway service area, the comprehensive building (hotel, office building), Steel structure plant, the field to understand the construction of the park, the park enterprise investment and production safety construction. Jiangxi International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. On the afternoon of June 28, sponsored by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, the company hosted the Zambia Jiangxi Economic Cooperation Zone Promotion Conference was successfully held during the Third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo. Jiangxi Provincial Government Vice Governor Xia Wenyong, Zambia's Minister of Commerce and Industry Mulenga attended the meeting and made a speech. Xiong Keping, deputy secretary-general of the Jiangxi Provincial Government, Fan Yong, director of the Jiangxi Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Wang Dong, deputy director of the Ministry of Commerce of West Asia and Africa, Zambia, deputy general secretary of the Zambia National Development Union Party, Iamanda, deputy secretary-general of the Cabinet of Ministers of West Akalinga, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, permanent secretary-general of the Ministry of Mulonggoti, parliamentary secretary-general of the Canwambi, and so on, attended the meeting. Mr. Chen Changsheng, deputy director of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, presided over the meeting, and Mr. Zhang Jianan, chairman of the board of China Jiangxi International Technical Cooperation Limited, the major shareholder, attended the meeting and made a speech on promotion. Mr. Liu Zhiqiang, chairman of the company, and Mr. Xu Jianfeng, general manager of the company, attended the meeting and participated in the signing ceremony. Leaders of relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Commerce, leaders of national industry associations, representatives of central enterprises and national overseas economic and trade cooperation zones, as well as representatives of related enterprises, totaling more than 160 people attended the event.
